HI Cynthia! I am sure you are off to a wonderful start! Your goal is a do-able goal. Setting reasonable goals inside your big goal will help you along the way. The small victories will fuel you on to the big VICTORY. Adding little challenges and rewards will keep it more interesting too. emoticon ~ Julie

Welcome Cynthia,
We are glad you joined the Alabama Team. Start using the Nutrition Tracker and record everything you eat. If you haven't exercised in a while, start small - like walking for 10 minutes and gradually add to that, both time and pace.
You can certainly lose 10 lbs by May 25th. Stick with it and you will see results.

Hi Cynthia...and welcome to the team....I believe this is doable.
If you log your food and make sure you drink your water....and if you drink
soda, I'd quit....it is loaded with not only chemicals but sodium and makes
you retain water...
