So glad you are joining us! Start slow and work your way up; check out Coach Nicole's workout routines. She has some that are done sitting, sounds easy, but let me assure you, they are a workout!

Hello and Welcome (back!). We are glad you are here. Sounds like you've had your share of setbacks. As far as low impact - walking or stepping is fairly low. I don't know how much weight bearing you are allowed. But ANY movement at this point is a good thing. In the meantime, start tracker your food/drink. And measuring your food is SO important - we all THINK we can eyeball it - but frequently, that method is way off!!

I have been signed up for a while but not really staying on program.I live in Alexander City,AL. After breaking my ankle at my sons youth football game(which had to be fixed with surgery and a hysterectomy ( within 2 months of each other), I gained quite a bit of weight again. It's time to get serious about losing weight again so this is my first step. Any ideas for low impact exercises as my ankle is not completely healed ?
