Hi, guys
I'm from Cullman, a retired RN and will turn 60 in a few days.
I'm the heaviest I've ever weighed. Some of it is due to the fact I've had surgery on both knees in recent months and haven't been able to exercise. In addition my husband and I both retired at the beginning of the year so I've been cooking (and eating) more. With the terrible weather earlier in the year we've done a lot of sitting around and snacking. Add to that a lifetime of bad eating habits and a fairly sedentary lifestyle and it's easy to see how I got this overweight.

But, Spring is here and my knees are finally getting better. I've made up my mind to tackle my weight. Wish me luck!
