Thanks. I have given up the cokes that I love even diet cokes. I drink a lot of water but I am having trouble fitting exercise in. Got to get started I know.

Welcome back!
Remember, the weight didn't go on over night and it won't come off over night. Set small weekly goals, things that are attainable.
Try to exercise at least 10 minutes per day to start.
Start small and work up.

I gave up soda a long time ago for that reason. It's been so long that I don't miss it a bit.

God grant me the serenity to change the things I can, to accept the things I cannot change, and the wisdom to know the difference.

Hi and welcome back....I agree with Pam....logging your food is very important
as is drinking your water.

Personally speaking, I recommend if you drink any kind of soda to eliminate it
because of the massive doses of sodium which makes you retain water.
There is a lot of research out there saying any soda is causing the population to
gain and then hold that weight.

Just remember when you get discouraged, we did not put the weight on over night
so it won't come off in a night or week......

Blessings,

Hello and Welcome Back!! Do yourself a favor and do not try to change too much all at once. My best advice is to set one small goal and do whatever it takes to attain that goal. Once you've met that one - set another.
Tracking everything you eat may seem tedious at first but it's so important also!!

Hello everyone. I have lived in South Alabama all my life and I love it. I've tried Sparks before and didn't lose but that was my fault because I gave up. I want to lose 50 lbs and right now that seems a long way off but I'm determined. Any advice welcomed.
