Welcome! I think streaking or setting a mileage goal really helps build consistency. I'm not a streaker (but I admire people who are!), but I aim for at least 100 miles a month, which I find doable and not overwhelming for me. You can do it!

Hi there! I'm an on-again off-again runner, but I'm determined to make it stick this time. I've joined some online runners groups, but love the people at Spark and thought I'd make myself known here, too.

I wrapped up the C25K in March, but struggled with consistency after that. I did just start the Runner's World streak (one mile, or more if you're so inclined, every single day from Memorial Day to the 4th of July), so that should help build some good habits. I do find that even getting a single mile in does a world of good for my mood.

At any rate, I'm super happy to be here and hope to make some new runner friends. :)
