Welcome to the team Daisy! There seem to be music lovers of all different varieties here :) For me, I like a little bit of everything, and I suspect that my playlist is more eclectic than most - but the variety is awesome for me!

Hey there! I'm new to the team but not new to spark. I've been needing some serious ideas for new music to work out to. My music is everything to me, I don't go to the corner store without my mp3 player. It helps me block things out, helps me appreciate things more, anything and everything! I fall asleep to it and I've woken up to it (my battery hated me those few days) and I work to it. So definitely, music is BIG in my workout!

I usually do an Insanity workout in the mornings before work and I always blast my music. I don't think my neighbors mind, lol! But I try to keep it down since I tend to start working at at 6:45am. Although in the middle of working out, especially with a hard rocking song, I suddenly try to sing along...they might not like that to much, LOL!

Whatever the case, my name is Daisy, I'm finally 30 years old (bday was last Sunday!) and I've hit my goal weight but I still workout and eat right. Just need some motivating music to keep me going and wanting to! Nice to meet you all!
