Hi I'm Nicole. I'm 24 and I have 15-20 lbs to lose. I would like to lose all of it by June 1st if not before. I want to develop good eating and exercising habits before my hubby and I have kids so hopefully will be easier to get baby weight off later on.
Game plan: I want to make healthy choices with eating. (Like tend to over eat when I'm bored). I also have a busy work schedule and want to get into an exercise routine.
Would love to connect with someone to be accountable to. Thanks!

Hey Georgia! Have you found a buddy yet? I am probably no good as I am not on American text or phone (unless you have Whatsapp)?

My name is Caroline, and I'm 22 and in college. My goal is to lose 10-12lbs by February 14th.

My nutrition goal:
TO develop good eating habits. I am not going to say that I can't eat anything, as I love food. I have to learn to eat what I want - but only eat when i'm hungry, and eat it slowly so I enjoy it, and also STOP eating when I'm full. These are my only rules! (So the idea is that if i want chocolate, I can eat it - as long as i chew really slowly, and it is time for a snack, and I STOP when i feel full. I know weight loss will be slower but i'm tired of yo-yo diets so want to do this slowly and properly)

My exercise goal:
I just snapped a ligament in my ankle... so I got to change some things here. Likely it will be to work up a sweat 4 times a week. And do 30 push ups a day :)

My MOTIVATIONS
I want to be able to wear ANYTHING and just be, in general, gorgeous :) I LOVE clothes and love being able to put a garbage bag on and look good :)
Also i want to kick my bad eating habits (im an emotional eater) and have a healthy relationship with food. Food is one of my loves.... but we have a tumultuous and sometimes needy relationship hahhhaa

I am Georgia. I'm 28 and looking to get back down to my college weight. I'm looking for a texting/phone accountabilibuddy (kudos if you get the reference). I want to be healthier for my son and more active so I can chase him when he starts walking. I want to be able to go hiking and biking without any issues. I've just been watching what I eat so far and have dropped quite a bit of poundage, but once I hit a plateau I plan on starting exercise. I have a wii fit that I use occasionally if I have time, and a jump rope that I bought with the best of intentions but have so far used once. I need someone who will be ok with me getting mad at them. Someone who's not afraid to tell me to get off my a$$ and move around. I don't want my husband to push me that way because I'll just be mad all the time and that's bad for a relationship. I curse like a sailor and am hoping for someone similar to push me that I can push back without worrying about hurting their feelings. I have an iron self image that is "I'm smokin' hot" so being told I'm overweight doesn't bug me at all. If you're a tough love motivator, then I'm the girl for you!

Ok so I think everyone could use a motivation buddy or two. No one knows how hard it is to stay on track and hit your goals than someone who is working towards the same goals.
So here is how it works. Reply to this message, tell us a little bit about yourself, what your goals are who you are, how you plan on reaching them whatever! And when you find someone who has similar goals send them a private message and help keep eachother motivated. Talk about any/ everything. Think of it like a personal ad for people trying to get healthy.... here I will start

I'm Maye, I am 24, and I am trying to lose about 60 lbs. I want to lose the majority of it by the summer, and I am planning on reaching my goal by eating healthier foods, and working out. At the moment I am working out with my Wii U, my xbox 360 and Kinect and I am thinking about joining a gym. Some of my motivations are cosplaying for comicon, looking great in a shirt I made a while ago, and looking hot as hell when I go back to Il to visit my highschool friends.

Motivation doesn't last but neither does bathing, that's why it is recommended daily.
