1 Draw & make my own greeting cards

Goals for 2020

1 Learn how to use my new smartphone. 1/2 way there!

2 Come up with at least 20 low carb menus that I can pick and choose from. 10 so far.

3 Purge some of my Christmas decor and donate it to charity. emoticon

4 Check back here regularly to track my progress.

5 Finish sorting/organizing/purging Mom's things.

Goals for 2020

1. Stick with my exercise program of doing strength training 4 times a week and walking every day. Adding in some DVD exercise.

2. Sticking with my diabetes diet and only eating one or 2 sweets a week.

3. Checking my blood sugars more frequently which means checking at night and more on the weekends.

4. Getting to bed earlier (at 9:45)

5. Drinking 64 oz. of water and unsweetened tea daily.
