I would like to work on getting appropriate rest. I have to be in bed by 9pm in order to get 8 hours of sleep. I'm doing better, but I still have trouble some days.

I'd like the Lord to change my heart toward a person I've been struggling with. I pray I begin to see this person through the Lord's eyes.

Next Goal: To get below to 350 pounds. I did it!!! Woohoo! Yeah!
Now my goal is to get below 340 pounds.

For me I start with five to 10 min of Bike riding before I go to work
and I do a lot of walking on the job

I use my hand weight at lease 3 days a week.
this is what I am working on.
