Howdee - Now that I have OA in both my knees, I find that getting around can be a challenge. I refuse to have surgery for a myriad of reasons. I went for the knee injections and doctor said I need to lose 70 lbs before he could administer the shots, heck if I could lose 70 lbs I would just keep on going. Who needs the shots.

This is my second go round on this team. I got some excellent ideas for exercise I could do when my autoimmune disease causes me joint inflammation. I am sure you will find lots of ideas as well.

I have returned after being gone from Spark People for to long. I am recommitting myself to losing weight while being healthy and getting fit. I have several issues that make mobility a literal pain. Bad knees & shoulders. I had Achilles tendon surgery last December so I am still rehabbing from that. I will work through it and get stronger again. I look forward to seeing what this team had to offer.
