I have 125lbs to ditch this time around.

Down 15+ so far. And feel much less spin right now.

I don't feel hungry most of the time, but eats lots of salads and veggies. They are very filling with few calories.

I have around 150 pounds to lose. I have lost ten so far and am encouraged. This app gives me so many resources and am so thankful for it.

It is harder to lose weight when there is a lot to lose and limited mobility (I have trouble with my knees and sometimes my hips or lower back).

But we can do it! I currently weigh something like 320 (I should probably weigh myself?) and I want to get below 200. 180 would be great but honestly I would be so happy to weigh 200 at this point. I would not nickel and dime myself, or just sitting around stressing about that last 5 pounds (as my dear grandmother did for the last 20 years of her life!)

I have 200 lbs to lose but my first milestone is to lose 100 to get below 300 lbs. Iíve lost 100 before years ago but went back to my unhealthy eating habits and gained it all back plus some.
I havenít been below 300 lbs in 18 years!

I ONCE LOST 80 LBS, AND I WAS STARVING THE WHOLE TIME I STAYED SKINNY! IT WAS AN UPHILL BATTLE (WHICH I LOST), AS I HAD FIVE MAJOR BARRIERS TO WEIGHT MANAGEMENT: HYPOTHYROIDISM, HYPERPROLACTINOMA, PCOS, FIBROMYALGIA, AND DEPRESSION.

AFTER 15 YEARS OF NOT TREATING THE ABOVE CONDITIONS, I FINALLY DECIDED TO SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION AND GET ON THE MEDS I NEEDED FOR THE FIRST THREE, AND GET ACCUPUNCTURE AND MASSAGE FOR THE LAST TWO.

AFTER NEARLY A YEAR OF GETTING ME DIAGNOSED AND ON THE RIGHT DOSES OF EVERYTHING, I AM STILL EXHAUSTED ALL THE TIME, BUT FINALLY PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY ABLE TO EMBARK ON THIS DIET JOURNEY ONCE AGAIN. MY MOTIVATION: THE HOPE TO HAVE CHILDREN, EVEN WITH MY NOW ADVANCED AGE.

SO TWO DAYS IN AND I HAVE LOST 1.4 LBS, ONLY 99LBS MORE TO GO, LOL! I AM HAPPY TO HAVE FOUND THIS SITE AND LOOK FORWARD TO SHARING IN THIS JOURNEY WITH YOU ALL.
