My goals for 2020 is to continue my weight loss.
I’m nervous though as I have surgery Jan 6 to remove half thyroid due to mixed papillary cancer and fear the meds I will have afterwards and for rest of life will mess up my weight loss.
I changed things up in June 2019 and have since lost 47.4pounds. I’ve decreased the intensity of my workouts, increased duration of workouts, increased my calorie range from 1400/day to 18-2000/day, changed to filtered water instead of tap and am trying to eat much cleaner.

Getting the surgery to remove the polyps in my bladder is what I will concentrate on and then getting through the chemo so I stop getting polyps.

I tried several diets in 2019 and none worked. I am going to concentrate on nutrition in 2020 and no snacking at night.

I am thinking about my new year resolution. 2019 was stretching every day, and that has helped. 2020 will be reducing sugar intake.
