Hi fellow Spark People. My name is Mary and I just joined Spark People to help with a healthier life style. I think motivation has been a bigger of my problems. You know how it goes when you eat fast food and say oh Ill start tomorrow, and how one bite of something "good" leads to more bites. Along with motivation, cooking healthy, exercising and staying on track has been a major problem for me. I like to run, so I am hoping to get back into that as well. I do live a busy life and trying to fit me time in has been a problem. I am married with one teenager at home, I work full time and as well a full time student. So I am needing about three of me already :-)
