Hi. This would be my first post

1) How are you feeling today?

I am feeling okay. A little tired and sore. Sad that I have let a few hard months knock me down. I have let myself go. Yesterday was my first day back at the yoga studio. I am starting over again.

2) What are your goals for the day?

To make a note board of everything to keep myself on track. Plan my meals and my workouts. Need to be motivated to keep going and making the right food choices.

3) Who can help you with those goals?
Myself, my note board and hopefully sparkpeople.

1) How are you feeling today?
Honestly, I'm feeling pretty neutral today. Yesterday DH and I busted our tails doing housework and today I just kind of want to do nothing (which is not an option!)

2) What are your goals for the day?
Write up a new blog entry; go for a walk; possibly clean out the closet.

3) Who can help you with those goals?
Husband can! I never write when he is around, but he's been a dream around the house lately and he loves to go out walking/hiking when we have the time.

Hello guys! I'm 26 and needed to lose about 60lbs when I started but now I'm down to just under 50. I'm focusing on personal well being, limiting stress, and learning to listen to my body.

HI everyone! I am a 28 year old mother of one, needing to loose about 40lbs. Through the use of SP I have already lost 61 pounds. I had lost 80lbs but gained 27 back! Anyways, I am ready to get back on track and stay there for good! I am hoping being a part of this team will help motivate me. I am also a part of the 28 day boot camp team, and am on day 9 (or 10?) of the 30 day small changes challenge. So, I am trying to stay busy and stay motivated. Spark-on!

Today is day two! had a successful day one, with tracking foods, water intake, and getting some exercise in. Tuesdays and Thursdays are easy for me to remember to exercise, as I teach a water-aerobics class...but today i actually got in the water with my class!!

Well, yesterday was, unfortunately, just like any Sunday. Which means it was full of over eating and indigestion. The difference about it though was that it was full of SparkPeople and a perspective of observation and learning.

I observed that I comfort myself with food even when that food will make me feel worse. I noticed that I made this choice over and over again, even seconds after making the statement " I keep eating and it's making it worse."

With this information I now need to find ways to let my body get what it needs instead of my need to comfort with food. I'll do this first, by really taking a second to check in with my body and make sure I hear what it needs from me and give myself at least 10 minutes sitting with that uncomfortable feeling.

Apparently I did more sitting today than usual - I'm coming in at about 1500 steps less than I normally have at the end of the day. Need to find some time to MOVE IT!!

I'm feeling good today. Today was my rest day, which always gives me anxiety. I feel like taking a day off gives me the chance of not starting back. I watched my calories though (even eating out) and am ready to get back to workouts tomorrow. My goal for tomorrow is to keep within my calorie range, go to the gym at work, and get my family involved with my health journey.

1. how are you feeling today?
-I am feeling really really motivated today. This is my first day back on the healthy lifestyle wagon (I seem to keep falling off). I am always optimistic though, specifically on the first day. I have eaten well and completed a DailyBurn workout. I posted new things about health to my Pinterest for inspiration and joined SparkPeople to try to keep this motivation going.
2. what is your goal?
-My goal for today was to start back: to eat healthy, home-cooked instead of purchased meals, and to start exercising again. My goal for tomorrow is to start calorie counting again, eat healthy foods within my calorie range and exercise again for 30min - 1hr.

-I am trying to get my mum to be my accountability partner, because she needs help with this too.

1) How are you feeling today? I am feeling OK. I recently gained weight and have been feeling sluggish. So this morning I started the first day of 21 day fix workout and it definitely helped me feel better

1) How are you feeling today? I'm feeling pretty darn good! I walked 22,773 steps yesterday and went to a yoga class.

2) What are your goals for the day? My goals are to eat better today (I gorged on sushi yesterday), walk at least 15,000 steps, and attend yoga at least once. I might go to a second yoga class or bellyfit class.

Fantastic. Managed to cycle to work without stopping to catch my breath and only took 20 minutes.

Answer: Today I am neutral, my Father passed away almost 8 years ago so Father's Day hasn't been the greatest Day on the calendar since then. I would rather get a root canal without the anesthetic. Today I am kind of dry...toast with no almond butter. Meh.

Questions:

1) How are you feeling today?
Answer: Today I had ups and downs. Started off great. I had a healthy breakfast and lunch and did some cleaning around the house while listening to music. Took my son to play softball for a couple of hrs. so that was fun. But when we got home my mood changed drastically and I was sad and self-loathing.

2) What are your goals for the day?
My goals were to eat healthy, exercise, and write in my journal. Which I did all of those so I feel pretty good about myself.

3) Who can help you with those goals?
I need to keep myself accountable but I have friends who are supportive in my lifestyle change as well and they are here for me.

Exhausted and overwhelmed. I have a ridiculous amount of school to get done, I have to set up meetings for Academics and for work, I have been sadly neglecting my family, absolutely NO chores have been getting done :/

2) What are your goals for the day?
Since I am writing this in mind for tomorrow cause its pretty late here:
I want to eat only meals I prepare tomorrow.
I want to get at least one chore done,
I want to work out (45 minutes cardio, 45 minutes weights)
I want to get at least one school assignment done

1) How are you feeling today? Tired. I did not sleep well last night.

2) What are today's goals? 1) To not fall asleep. 2) Get in at least 30 minutes of exercise, most likely more. 3) Read more of "My Drunk Kitchen" book.

1) How are you feeling today? Pretty darn good considering I'm living off little sleep (I do shift work). I have approx. 23 lbs left to lose. I have been feeling really good physically since I began eating healthier and exercising again last week.

2) What are today's goals? 10,000 steps, including an hour long (or more!) power walk this evening.
Sleep 4-6 hours today so my body can recuperate after this night shift.
Drink 8 glasses of water. I'm at 2 glasses so far and it's only 2 am.

3) Who can help with those goals?
My boyfriend is really supportive and maybe he'll even walk with me.

I'm feeling pretty good. I'm beginning my reboot: currently 39 lbs to lose.
I went for a 3 mile walk last night, and even though my feet hurt, I went for another 3 mile walk this morning.

2) What are today's goals?
8 glasses of water - 6 down already at noon
3 mile walk - accomplished
10,000 steps for the day - 300 to go at noon

After the long weekend, I upped the amount of time I work out on the Gazelle. Ouch! I paid for it today. My legs were sore and burning this morning but I forced myself to hop on the Gazelle. I did my usual 25 minutes and feel great!

Remember, when you are feeling like you just can't exercise anymore --- keep going! You will be glad you pushed through it!!!

I love that people are checking in on here!

How do I feel today? So much better than yesterday. I had some concerns that were plaguing me quite a bit and really putting me in a funk. I think things are going to work out just fine, so now I'm worrying a lot less about it :) Also feeling great that I broke through my plateau a little bit!

What is my goal today? Make it through the double workout day. Week 3 and day 3 of Insanity means Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs. emoticon

Who can help me? Ultimately I need to get up and do it. But the motivation from my Sparks and my bf are both helpful. Though he's in "project mode" around the house, meaning his communication with me is 100% about the table restoration going on right now haha.

1. How do I feel: sore ... very, very sore. I am on day 3 of my new exercise/food watching way of life with SparkPeople. I have never owned a scale but finally purchased one this week. The # I saw was not a # I want to be at. I'm going on 30 yrs old. Realizing I cannot eat the things I used to without gaining weight stinks, especially because my fiance can eat and eat and eat with no weight gain whatsoever.

2. What are your goals: My goal is to be able to fit into the clothes I already own. My problem areas are thighs, butt and I have a "food baby" belly starting to grow.

Well since it's been a while since anyone's checked in, here goes!

1. How do I feel: Super motivated and feeling healthy. Down 12lbs since April 6th and just realizing how good life can be again!

2. What are your goals: Give 100% during Insanity Cardio Power & Resistance tonight. And make it through tomorrow's Cardio Power & Cardio Abs so that I can enjoy my rest day on Sunday and mark 2 weeks of Insanity as done!

3. Who can help you with your goals: My boyfriend is extremely supportive; as is my Beachbody family since joining them as a coach. But ultimately, it comes down to me eating right and getting my butt up and moving!

1) How are you feeling today? SUPER tired. There was a thunderstorm last night and my shih tzu dog can not HANDLE the thunder. I did do one dog walk with her so far (1/2 mile) and 4 hours of house cleaning for a client. I am always ACTIVE, just no work out today.

2) Goals for the day? Make healthy dinner (It's on the stove, white bean, veggie and ham soup with salad) and do another couple chapters of homework. DRINK WATER.

3) Who can help you with those goals? Me and the hubbs. He helps with little things so I can focus on the main things I need to do. Like taking care of me. HAPPY FRIDAY EVE!

1. How do I feel: Sore from yesterday, and I can't seem to get enough sleep even when I get 8+ hours. We were traveling last week and it really messed up my eating and sleeping schedule. I am still adjusting, and kicked up the workout again yesterday (hence the soreness)

2. What are your goals: Do my 20 min "30 Day Shred" workout, keep meals tracked with highest cal in the morning, lowest at dinner. And get WATER WATER WATER.

3. Who can help you with your goals: Me, the hubbs with meal planning and my physical therapist with tips on what I should be doing to strengthen my back and abs.

Hi everyone! Haven't checked in in a while, but could definitely use the community love today.

1. How do I feel: Worn out. It's been a long few weeks of waking up early and squeezing some intense workouts in. Not that I'm complaining! But I think my fatigue is starting to catch up with me, and I've been dragging these past few days.
2. What are your goals: Exercise for at least 20 minutes of cardio and 10 minutes of strength today. I'll call it an easier workout today, but I really don't want to break my streak.
3. Who can help you with your goals: Myself, my boyfriend, and the rest of Spark People who hold me accountable. The more people that check in with me on a daily basis about how I'm doing, and remind me who I'm doing this for (myself! And all of you!), the better I do.

I'm on track calories-wise for the day (tracked all my food for the day already), so just need to stick to my planned foods, fit some exercise in, and call it a day.

Hey all! I am an on again/off again SP member, and this time I plan on staying ON again for quite a while. I am leaving my local support group (Marine Corps Community) and moving to a civilian (back to normal life) location this summer. I am looking to give support as well as receive support from the Spark community again.

1. How do I feel: Exhausted. I had 2 cleaning jobs today and have been overwhelmed thinking about all the things we need to accomplish before our move.

2. What are your goals: To do a REAL work out in addition to my dog walks and work. I did! I did level 1 of Jillian Michael's 30 day shred.

3. Who can help you with your goals: Myself and my husband. He gave me the living room so I could work out without him onlooking. He is currently still active duty and gets his PT in on his lunch hour.

Well today is my day off, as well as stretch and abs day. That should be nice. I have a lot of homework to catch up on.

1. How do I feel: Relaxed and a little nervous, home all day means constant access to the pantry
2. What are your goals: Stay away from said pantry. No bored eating when I'm not really hungry

How am I feeling? Encouraged! In 4 lbs I will be out of the 150s, forever if I have anything to say about it.

Still recovering from the flu- but I am at 75%

2) Goals for the day?
- Drink 8-12 glasses of water- so far so good. Every hour I refill my water cup! Been doing that since about 7 this morning. But I had three glasses of water before I went into the office at 8:30 so now I am on to 6 glasses of water!

- Eat more fruits and veggies- Fruits are hard to come by right now. But veggies, I have been able to load up on veggies!

- Get my 30 minutes of cardio in today! IT won't be heavy, but I have to do something

Started the day feeling a little blah. I have been sick and started to mentally beat myself up for slacking on my workouts these last few weeks when I had been going strong months ago.

Drink my 8 glasses of water... Setting up my fitness plans- figure why wait for the new year to start working on a better me.

emoticon I look like this, I'm in pain. Cramping.
My goal for today is to get use to my spark people page, explore and learn more about routines to having a better health.
Today, I feel only I can help with these goals. I have to push my self to keep going when I get started. I think I spark people will be a big part of my every day life.
I've kept track of every thing I put in my mouth today and I want o keep doing it to be more self conscious of healthier foods, my calorie intake and what I can past on, as well as managing my portions.

Trying to get back to my regimen, so I'll jump right in:

1) How are you feeling today?
Sick and tired.... Sore throat, slight fever and tired of not finishing my goals!

2) Goals for the day?
Get to bed early and actually eat something. I do not want to see a drop on the scale due to under-eating because I am sick.

3) Who can help me with these goals?
Me & Rita, but only if she makes the dinner. Otherwise, just me!

Definitely congested! I have the runniest nose. But I got a hair cut yesterday so I feel fairly fab today.

Exercise for 35 minutes. Do a load of laundry. Try a de-stressing activity. Prepare for my little trip out of town tomorrow evening.

Wow, this page has sure been flooded by me. It helps me with setting daily goals though. :)

Much better than yesterday, though I am a little hungry right now. Still fighting off a bit of a cold and healing up, but I slept better.

2) What are your goals for the day?
In bed by 11pm with my lunch packed. Weather permitting, I'd also like to go for a longer walk with my bf in the evening. I also have laundry to do.

1) How are you feeling today?
Sick and sore. What I thought was a hangover morphed into headaches and body aches since Saturday.I also had an appointment for a tattoo yesterday that was too late to re-book so I'm very sore from that. It's hard work on the body to be sick and try to heal a large wound.

2) What are your goals for the day?
I'm going to try to work out for at least 10 minutes today. The weather is cold and rainy/snowy, and I can't work out too hard, so I'll likely just walk the warehouse on my lunch break. I also want to be in bed by 11pm tonight, with my lunch packed.

3) Who can help you with those goals?
Me, me, and me.

1) How are you feeling today?
Hungover! But that's when you get when you drink an entire bottle of red wine, and then play beer pong. Keepin' it classy. I completely threw the goal for moderation out the window when my friend handed me a short glass to drink the wine from.

2) What are your goals for the day?
Take a walk after dinner or in the late afternoon. Sit down and work through my budget. Clean my apartment. Actually do my laundry because now my bedroom smells like campfire. My diet is unstructured on the weekend, but I'm hoping to still eat well. I'm also going to take a nap to de-stress and to rest my brain.

3) Who can help you with those goals?
Oh, the boyfriend will be helping out with the cleaning. And I might have him make dinner, and go for a walk with me.
