I have nothing to compare to, but I was back to my start weight by 10 weeks after DD was born...the proportions have changed, but that's another thread :) I didn't work much for it, but I was also breastfeeding...

So I just gave birth to baby #3 almost 5 weeks ago.
My first two were boys, and after birth I lost 10-15lb and that was IT. I kept being told "breastfeeding will make the weight fall off" and it never did. I remained bigger and had to work really hard at losing weight.
This time, after giving birth to my daughter, the weight seems to be just falling off! I am not sure whether it's having a girl or what but I gained 42lb. I have lost 27lb in 5 weeks by doing NOTHING. I haven't been eating healthy this past month- I have eaten whatever I wanted (including sharing a Hershey mini bag with the hubs. Yes, not good, I know. I just started my healthy eating back this week, and exercising today after a c-section recovery) But my point is, how am I losing it so fast?! Not that I am complaining!
Has anyone else seen a difference in PP weight after birthing a boy vs a girl?
