I am a first-time mom currently on maternity leave with a 10 week old son. I have done SP in the past but it's been a couple of years and really just need the accountability to get back on track. I know what I need to do, it's just now doing it! I'm only 7 lb from my pre-pregnancy weight, but I was at my heaviest then so I really hope to get at least 10 lb below that.

I exclusively pump due to early latching issues and have a horse of a baby, he eats 35-40 oz a day! I right now just want to focus on making better eating choices and sneaking in some toning exercises. Nothing too crazy, I worry about supply issues and would rather play it safe!

Anyway, looking forward to hearing and sharing advice and thoughts with all of you - thanks! :)
