hi i am digvijay singh and i am also getting the same liquid filled bubbles on my forearms during workout. they are not itchy they are not creating any problem but i dont know what they are. i guess i am suffering from urticaria cholinergic. and in this allergy we get heat hives may due to over produce of histamine in our body and second reason is that i dont sweat easily . as i dont sweat usually i thought this is may be because my sweat glands or whatever on the skin is blocked thats why that water cant come out and though forming a bubble on my skin . i thought its a positive symptom that at last i am healing my body and after some time these bubbles will go away and my skin pores will opened again to sweat.
please help me and let me know if its somethung to concern about or if you may have found the cause and treatment of this thing. i dont even know if its a disease or healing process?

They haven't gotten better. They've shown up in greater numbers but they're smaller. They still don't itch, and they gradually go away after I'm done working out. I think it has something to do with my sweat, but it's only on my legs now. I'm going to try and moisturize some more (I was at the beginning of summer, haven't been for a while) and hope that it's dead skin that's clogging some pores and causing the sweat to make a blister. I mean, it seems logical, but the timing isn't so logical...

Jackie - how do the blisters look today? Are they better?

I asked one of my doctors about this - his answer was "it could be many things, she needs to get that check out by a doctor if it doesn't clear up". So much for that...

I live in hot/humid climate as well, and had these just last week. They pretty much freaked me out because they were ALL over my back and stomach.
Mine were due to a sunburn from about a week or so ago, and it was the 'old' skin that hadn't been shed yet. I very seldom peel, but dermatologist and my boyfriend said this is what is was from.
I loofah'd REAL good and have been fine ever since.

Hope you find out the cause of yours and get it resolved!

I used too, but when this cropped up, I hadn't put lotion on for a solid week. I did last night to see if it made a difference, and more just came up!

My mom asked her marathon-doctor friend (male) who is actually getting them too! He thinks it has something to do with sweat getting caught in hair folicles.. (mind my spelling). But to me, that still doesn't make sense, because I've been sweating like crazy all summer, and this has just started in the past week.

But yeah, they don't itch, they aren't red...they're just there, and creepy lol.

Jackie - I wonder what that is too... the water-filled part is what gets me? If it was just a heat rash, it would just be red, small bumps. Do you wear any lotion, sunscreen, etc while running? I think I am going to ask one of my doctors about this if I get a chance.

Okay, I live in a pretty hot/humid climate, and I try to run before it gets above 85.. However, lately, it's never below 85. :P

I was wondering.. I recently started getting TONS of these little water-filled blister-bump things on my legs...and a few on my arms every now and then. They don't itch at all. They're not red or anything.. Does anyone else ever experience this? I'm not super worried, but I don't want it to keep happening, but I don't wanna stop running haha. It just started up with one or two on my arm, then a couple on the other arm, now they're swarming on my left leg, and they're cropping up more and more on my right leg.

Just wondering if anyone else experiences this, and if so, what to do about it if anything. :)
