On what wonderful mantras! Love these! Thank you for sharing! I have trouble meditating because of racing thoughts, but I think these might be helpful. I will certainly try. I especially like the one: May you be safe. That sounds so comforting.

Deirdre, so glad it is working for you!! I would, but I'm starting so many things to my plate right now, I'm afraid if I add anything else it will fall off!!! I'm starting yoga, and breathing/meditation is included in that, so maybe that will be my beginning. I want to do a before bed yoga to help with my insomnia. Meds only work a few hours on me, so I want something that I can do before bed and then again when I wake up a few hours later!. I like your morning meditation today!!

Hello everyone!

This morning on the meditation app that I use, Insight Timer, I found a Loving Kindness Meditation. I thought of everyone on this team when it had me repeat this mantra:

May you be safe
May you be happy
May you be healthy
May you live with ease

I just started my meditation journey about a month ago. I struggled at the beginning, but slowly got the hang of it. I NEVER thought that I would be someone who meditated, because I had such bad experiences with it in the past. If you haven't tried in a while, or have never tried, I invite you to try it.

On Insight Timer, there is only one free course, and that's how to learn how to meditate. Every day they will give you a meditation to try to help you learn how to meditate. There are hundreds, if not thousands, of free meditations

Believe
Be Brave
