Hi Everyone.... I'm back after a long hiatus!

My goals for the rest of September are to do cardio and strength training 3 times a week. Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesdays are going to be my fitness days.

I also want to start tracking my nutrition 5 days a week. And finally I will log into Sparkpeople everyday for the rest of this month... I find just logging on helps me to make better choices and stay focused on my goals! emoticon emoticon

Hey team! September is almost here!!! Summer is over and if you are like me, it completely flew by way too quick!

What are some of your goals for September?

A few of my goals are as follows -

- Drink 8 cups of water every day
- Work out at least 3 days a week
- Lose at least 5 pounds
- Do a blog every day as my weight loss diary
