Tried to increase y run intervals to 2 minutes today. Was supposed to do 6 but was only able to do 4. I did run a total of 13 minutes altogether so it's getting better. Planning to do my first 5K on Feb. 29.

Not a good week for me but I did get my run in today and it was a good one. 4 miles with at least a mile jogging. Most I've done since I started in January.

I managed a mile with an indoor walking DVD - I'd intended to do more, but with the warm-up and cool-down it came to 30 mins, which was enough for me.

For the first time today, I ran four miles!

Thanks Brian!
It helped that I reset my training in January 2017 by committing to the Marine Corps Marathon. That got me back to a solid regiment. Keep in mind I run and compete in Duathlons/Triathlons to maintain my 100lb weight loss. Cross Training is good! In May, I will have been maintaining for 7 years.
For 2018, I've committed to some longer distance Triathlons. I'm also doing local races as well. So training has already started!
