As I live alone, I like to keep the TV on low for "background noise" most days. During commercial breaks, I will often just walk on the spot, do some wall pushups, stretches, bends, or whatever I feel like doing at the time. Each commercial break is 3-5 minutes long approximately, so doing that several times a day, then I know I'm at least getting some exercise in, if I dont get out for a walk or do other exercise that day.
