I found this the other day while searching for new treatments. This study was done in 2012, but it sounds promising. The problem is that there are no dosages listed, but I've tried this just using RDAs of most of the vitamins it helps me a lot.

I don't take the L-tryptophan, methionine or betaine, but I do take these:

Vit A
Vit C (only if I don't get outside for at least 30 minutes or if it's cloudy)
Vit D3
A Senior Multi
Melatonin about a hour before bedtime

*NOTE: I also take other vitamins & minerals, but these are the ones mentioned in the article

I also take Pancreatin (digestive enzyme) and a good probiotic (I take Hyperbiotics Pro-15) after my dinner. If I cheat and eat closer to bedtime, I'll take another Pancreatin after eating then.

I've found that on days I don't take my vitamins, my reflux is worse, and on days I do, sometimes I have no attacks at all.
