Hi again,
Tomorrow Spark People is beginning a "Spring" streak, to jot down on your tracker page at least 10 minutes of exercise until March 20, the first day of spring. I don't know if that's 10 extra minutes or just 10 minutes but either/or, it should be an easy enough challenge to take. Also, if I were you, I'd begin with drinking water. The recommended allowance for water is 8-8oz. of water a day. When I first started back, I couldn't do the 8 glasses, so I started small. I drank 3 glasses for 2 weeks, then went up to 5, and am now drinking the 8 glasses a day. Sometimes we eat because we're dehydrated, not because we're hungry, so you might want to try the water. Hello Lynne! My name is Jen, and I will totally work with you! It sounds like you lead a very busy, life! Well. We can do what we can , talk when we can, etc. I don't know what kind of support you are looking for, but I will help with what I can... I am trying hard to keep up with my streaks and changes. But sometimes I don't try to make the time. Tomorrow I am starting out the month with a few challenges. Hopefully I can lose some pounds this time. Anyway, keep smiling,jen

Hi--I am in decent shape, but have gained a lot of weight this year--bad habits and too much sofa time! I teach part-time, am doing great with the food plan with a few splurges, but need as much encouragement as I can get. Have three kids and two 2/3 grandsons (one due June 1st). Anyone interested in working with me?
