Hi ladies! I joined a whole back but never posted...you know, in all my spare time with a 2 year old and 3 year old home all day. :) I'm down 21 lbs. so far since May 2012...coming off slowly but surely. Now I'm well into a healthy BMI but pretty unhappy with all the flab so I'm trying to pump it up a notch with workouts. Does anyone do cross fit or use weights? I'm 5'7" and weigh 152. Hope to meet some buddies!
