Hello Everyone!

I recently started walking to and from work every day. It's roughly an 45 minutes to an hour each way, so 1 hr 30 minutes to 2 hrs round trip. If I don't stop for my coffee, it's usually 3 miles. If I stop for coffee or at the gas station, it's a little bit more.I have pretty much been adding 60 minutes of walking to my tracker for now, but I'm wondering if I'm doing myself more harm than good. Granted, I have been eating sometimes a little over my 1200-1550 calorie allotment and I've dropped 10 lbs like it's my job xD

Any advice or help is appreciated!
