This week I am learning how to use my exercise ball, and some simple exercises with it. Hoping to improve my balance(which has always been pretty bad). continuing with the two new cardio exercises I started as one of my action steps a couple weeks ago. Have been able to work up to 3 minutes with the bicycler exercise, but still needing to take lots of breaks while I'm doing it.
