Hi! I love the idea of 5 minute challenges! Sometimes looking at the BIG picture and trying to do the big challenges can be overwhelming. This was my *first* challenge, and I am at work, so I didn't have dumbells.I decided to use to water bottles, and didn't think I would really benefit...but after a few minutes, I could feel the burning start! Looking forward to tmrw's challenge!

I got the reverse crunches done. Whew. I'm sure my form wasn't the prettiest, and I certainly didn't have much space between my chin and cest. When I lay down, my chest moves under my chin. Hope fully that will change. Now I'm off to get the dishes done while the energy is still up, I didn't sleep well last night so I probably will fade this afternoon. Oh well. A quick nap, and I'l be ready to go strong again. emoticon

I did the lunges. My ball needs blown up and I don't have an empty wall space...yet. I wish I had done the calf raises. I have really bad knees, and I couldn't go all the way down, it just hurt to much. but I did it for 5 minutes. I've noticed that It's harder for me to make a time limit if I'm watching the clock, so I used the time on my ipod and watched the news. Boy was I surprised when those crickets started chirping at the end of 5 minutes.

Sounds like a good idea. I may have to switch it around though. My "weekends" are Monday-Friday although I sleep most of Monday and Friday. I work Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights so my life schedule gets a little wonky sometimes. Especially on things like the nutrition and fitness trackers. Trying to log for a 12 hour overnight shift makes them a bit tetchy. Ah well, I shall "adapt, improvise and overcome"!
