Hey VENUSGRRL! I like the Nike Run app, as well as the Runkeeper app. You can set the Nike app to let you know each quarter mile or 5 min, 10 min, etc. The Runkeeper is even more customizable where you can create your own distance, intervals, etc for your own planned runs. I like either. Sometimes I use the Nike Run app with my Gymboss interval timer. There is a downloadable one for your phone, but I bought the wearable version.

Hello! I am new here and am thinking about trying out the program. I've used apps like C25K - that let you know when your to move onto your next interval - do any of you use an app that you customize it? I am not good at keep tracking of how long I've ran/walked and I don't want to stare at my phone the entire time :) Just curious how you know when you should run/walk (obviously not on a treadmill)
