Week 2 is officially done as of June 20!

I'm 5'8" and determined to make a change now. Ten minutes of fitness daily. Too many times I've fallen off the wagon, time to make long lasting positive habits stick. Can I do it?!

Finished week one, now on to week two. I am proud of myself for sticking to it. I'm usually gung-ho for a few days then talk myself out of it.

Well, I finished day 1 and it went really well! I walked/ran 1.75 miles in the 25 minutes. I do think I pulled a muscle in my right calf a few days ago. It doesn't hurt necessarily, but it does feel tight. I'll keep an eye on it and might slow down a bit if it starts getting worse.

I'm just about to start week 2 and I am excited! Surprisingly, week 1 felt somewhat easy for me so I'm excited to ramp it up a bit and challenge myself.

I can hear the rain, but it looks like it will clear up a bit later. I think I'll be able to get week 2 day 1 done today. I know I'm ready to do this part, even a bit more, but I like following the plan to really build up and not risk a set back by doing too much.
