Back, so day 2 was on July 21. I signed up for my annual 5K at the end of October!

It's Sunday October 25th at SUNY Purchase in NY. It's a great one, this will be my 3rd. My goal is 30 minutes or less.

I'm 5'8" and determined to make a change now. Ten minutes of fitness daily. Too many times I've fallen off the wagon, time to make long lasting positive habits stick. Can I do it?!

Day 1 not bad. Raising the time to 30 minutes wasn't a problem at all.
