I did a morning run, as the temp has climbed to 101 degrees.

Lessee, W3D2 (Week 3 Day 2) another longer than 30 minute run. I have a route that I like but it takes me a bit longer than 30 minutes to do. Maybe if I ran faster, I could complete it in 30!

I did a workout for longer than 30 minutes, today. I'm not quite sure how long (or how far) because I haven't figured out how to use my new smart watch, yet. I guess that's my next step!

It's Sunday October 25th at SUNY Purchase in NY. It's a great one, this will be my 3rd. My goal is 30 minutes or less.

I'm 5'8" and determined to make a change now. Ten minutes of fitness daily. Too many times I've fallen off the wagon, time to make long lasting positive habits stick. Can I do it?! IG: DiverHiker24
