I am listening to Zombies, Run! 5K app to help me along and it is nice listening to a story. I am being forced to set my pace which I think is helping me. Week 5 consists of:
walk 5 min warm up
free form run/jog 5 min
8 intervals of: 30 sec walk, 1 min jog, 6 heel lifts
10 min free form run/jog
5 min walk
10 min free form run/jog

I did workout 1 last night and I was actually able to complete all of the jogging and walk/jog drills
