LOL, feel free to sign up today, if you'd like! Just go to the very bottom of the thread where you'll find the first post that Steph did (she posted the challenge for me since I was out of town ~ yay!). Copy everything in there and paste it to your own reply, which then becomes your template...fill in your calorie range, weight and measurement info if you'd like. If you know your info for the days that have already passed, go ahead and enter it. Then each time you need to post more info, go to your original post, click "edit", enter your info and post it. That way all of your information is in one post and it's wayyy easier for me to track. If you have any questions at all, feel free to SparkMail me!
