According to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) our bodies energy or Qi is in constant motion that ‘peaks’ every 2 hours with one of our internal organs which means that during this time period the organ is most active. Working in sync with our internal organs helps us to achieve good health. If the energy is blocked or out of balance, symptoms will be more noticeable during the organs active 2 hour period.

3.00pm to 5.00pm is the time of the Bladder. Metabolic wastes from the food we have eaten during the day clear, making room for the kidney’s filtration to come. If we have been working with the body’s clock we should have a feeling of living in harmony with life. A feeling of being in one with spirit; we feel recharged and ready to do what we need to do, but in a more relaxed way. We go with the flow.

Joyful Moment - All you need to do today is:

To not stress out about you day so far if it has not seemed like a good day, things will work out in their own time or as the say goes ‘Not in your time, but in MY time’. Knowing that you are not alone is comforting and reassuring. Work with this feeling and take things at a slower pace and believe you will accomplish what you need to accomplish.
