I know my weight can fluctuate by about 5 lbs day to day, so I use the measurement tape and closet-tour to show my progress in the long term.
The only pair of pants I don't need a belt to wear, used to be the only pair of pants that didn't fit.

So, with losing weight I know a lot of us have become obsessed with the scale. That evil little demon hiding in our bathroom that can either make or break our day. But our weight can fluctuate throughout the day, even more so with women. So, is there a better way to measure our success? YUP! and that is the topic of this weeks article. Tell me what you think. and as always if there is a topic you would like to see discussed let me know!
