I usually only journal when I get really stressed and the weather's too bad to use the bubble machine. Journaling is a proven stress-buster though, so I recommend it when people start to look frazzled.

Sorry this weeks article is a little late I had some family issues to deal with. But I do find it very hard to stay on track with diet and eating right so I am looking for different ideas to make these things habits. What do you guys think about this?


Motivation doesn't last but neither does bathing, that's why it is recommended daily.
