I set my goal for 1200 minutes in Jan. So far I have 856 fitness minutes.
Today I logged 73 minutes and feel another 10 minute SP video coming on!

Here I am starting over again. I walked for an hr.

40 minutes walk Love Spark people

I am a very easy going gal that loves people and wants to know as many as I can. I want to make new friends so I can enjoy more of life. When people get to 55 or 60 there are some that think life should be over but guess what it is just beginning. Maybe 50 years ago it was over but not now people are living longer and working in their 70's. I would have been if I didn't have leukemia and it does not stop me but I have good days and bad, so being home if I need rest, I rest, at work I couldn't do

I did the elliptical for 60 mins yesterday and hopefully today I can get some exercise in whether it is the Wii, Kinect or convince my husband to go on a walk with me. Wish me luck on that part lol.

I actaully did 115mins of exercise. Did a Jillian Michaels DVD and i did it early this morning; the article i read was true.. If you exercise in the morning it will not make u hungry. I felt so good after the exercise and i didnt feel like eating/snacking after i ate breakfast. im going to keep it up. Lets get it done. Try it and motivate everyone else to try to do it. It really works.

I have joined this group and I believe that the support I am bound to get will give me strength to find alternative ways to express my emotions other than eat them away.Exercise is good because it takes me away from the source of temptation and afterwards, i think before I indulge. This winter I will grab a weight whenever the cravings hit.

You betcha. December exercise will take me to a new level. walk/jog at least every other day. 2x per week strength training and 2x per week yoga but am considering some daily practice too. I will be running 10k by Jan 20th!

This morning I felt horrible sinus infection.
When the alarm went off at 5:00am I told myself I would rather sleep.
I got up at 6:00am and heard my TOPS leader say 20mins of exercise is all you need.
I walk 1 miles on the treadmill
after work 3 miles at the track.

I am an intelligent person.
I will control my emotions and not let my emotions control me.

We need each other.

Yesterday I did 77 minutes of exercise. It was fun because it was a variety. I did 40 minutes of wii dance, 15 minutes of a Tony Little video and 22 minutes on the treadmill.

omg.I have messed up big time. I went out of town to South Carolina to the beach and lets just say i let myself go. I did exercise; but the food i ate were a mess. Im back on track as of tonight. Pray for me yall.

30 minutes of leslie sansone dvd....walking in place, seated....I can pretty well do most of the moves seated except for the sidesteps. That I cannot do, unless I hold onto the side of the desk and that isn't quite what she had in mind. So I just keep walking in place, seated through that section of the dvd. Actually did a total of 3 miles ......breaking it up into two segments. the 2 mile one and the one mile one....also did some of Anne Burnell's exercise video clips on her blog..which are chair exercises for the most part, as well as 25 wall pushups and 30 minutes of Chair Yoga, one of Anne Burnell's dvds.

walking and exercising in the pool--right now its physically painful to walk or treadmill but in the pool less joint stress also bought aquaspin sneakers helps with stability and keeps me from bobing up LOL. Mary
