emoticon emoticon You are an inspiration!! 30 day shred? Jillian?! Wow! Stay on track! You're doing great! I'm fighting a cold and only got a few workouts in but I'm thinking about shredding too... emoticon keep us posted on your progress!!

MZSleepe1, You're the best! I think that with our positive attitudes and encouragement, we can get others in the AV to step it up with us!

Last week I met all of my challenges, except for walking 16 miles. I started the 30 Day Shred, so I had to lower my mileage to 12/week. I am a little afraid of overdoing it (since the 30 Day Shred is done every single day). Am I worried over nothing? emoticon

This week: 1. Log everything I eat (good or bad, lying helps no one)
2. Walk 12 miles
3, Do 30 Day Shred EVERY SINGLE DAY
4. Eat 6-8 servings of veg/fruit

Oh, yeah, I lost 3 pounds this week! emoticon

Last week went very well and I met all of my weekly goals!

This week:

1. Do 30 Day Shred EVERY DAY!
2. Walk 16+ miles.
3. Add vegetables to my brown bag lunches!

My challenges for the week are:

1. Do some exercise everyday (even little stuff counts).
2. Walk 16 miles or more.
3. Make good food choices every day.

emoticon Hi All! I was cruising around SP and found an awesome challenge! Something we could use right about now. And no excuses! She's an awesome blogger and the CHALLENGE starts at the beginning of September! C'mon, no groaning and saying you don't have time, I already did that...
