Congratulations, Lisa!

I am holding steady, which is OK with me since I didn't exercise as much as I'd like this week. Difficult to lose when you're on thyroid medication and anti-depressants.

Hey all - did pretty well in St. Louis this weekend. I only gained .6 over the weekend, which IMHO is pretty good considering all the "carnage" that could have gone on! lol

i didn't participate very well this week. the cough and cold are really not helping... but i also seem to have fallen off the fruit/veggie wagon... got my new Clean Eating magazine today and looks like they have a lot of yummy veggie filled food to try!! hope it gets me jump started again!!

I went to yoga thursday night and today, but that's all the exercise I did all week. I felt so badly.

i've got the head cold (again) too Tonja! it has made me very lazy this week. i ran a St. Patrick's Day 5K on Sunday (in the rain) and haven't done anything since! going to have a run this afternoon with a friend so back at it even tho i am tired.

Yes I agree about the weighs and you get results is you alternate between doing cardio AND strength training during your workout.

Let me tell you. Working out today was the best thing I could have done. I feel so much better and am pretty sure I will sleep better tonight.

Even eating out and all I have managed to make good choices. I am impressed with me too.

Lost 2lbs this week. And a 1/2 inch in my waist!!! emoticon

I cannot believe how much pain I am in right now though. My right hip is absolutely killing me. Every time I rolled over last night it woke me up. Man getting old sucks.

That has to be the best feeling when people start noticing how much you've lost and changed.

I'm glad you explained about the coach thing, because I saw it on your fb and twitter, but didn't know what it was.
Congrats!!

I worked out 5 times this week, which is my goal so I'm very happy about that.
But then today, I messed it all up by eating pizza and ice cream. :-(
