? Have any of us, ever gotten tired of being thanked ?
Can we ever thank God too much, too often, for any of HIS blessings?

If you have a phone.... and a directory of fellow church members...
You have a way to share and listen to the needs of your fellow members..
a 'phone ministry' if you will

For me it means complete surrender, o e moment at a time, Keeping His way in fro t of me.
I discovered, it takes TIME to be clean. Efore our God. Time to have His Holy Spirit search our hearts time to repent time to praise and thank Him!
My Time belongs to Him. It's no longer a debate. I'm Hisand all I do is from Him.... As long as I'm taking time with the lover of my soul.
If I'm not doing that, ... then...
What am I doing?

#1 What does it really mean "to LOVE the Lord thy God with all YOUR HEART, YOUR SOUL,
YOUR MIND, YOUR MIGHT? It is easy to say we should or that we do, but DO WE? HOW CAN WE DO THIS?
Dreama you have good point there and sometimes i do not spend enough time with Him. My mind goes off and I am suddenly thinking about my to do list or looking for something I cannot find. Instead of praying to God to help me find it I spend most of the time hunting for it. I do not do the ACTS method enough or put supplication first instead.

Ruth Ann you are so right we need to pray more, study more and do service. I am lacking in the service now.I cannot get out to others and there is nothing really for me to do in my own church. I am at a limbo.

My name is Laura and I live in Wisconsin. I am a Powerful Prism Panther.

Another point, besides quality prayer time, we must take reading His word seriously as if He is just saying it to me or you. Also, to be actively serving. There is no small services when God is urging us to do something.

Dreama, I feel the same way I need to take more concentrated prayer.

The Bible tells us to pray without ceasing; I think the short bouts of praise, adoration, and supplication are good off and on throughout the day.

Let’s be really serious for a moment and examine this question.
How closely connected would people in my home feel, if we seldom spent quality time with one another?
Would each feel loved and appreciated?
As children of God, we have his “spiritual DNA: as family members in his House Hold. We are called purchased possession, bought with a price and suppose to use our lives/bodies as a living sacrifice.
The question here is: Do I spend time with the one who loved me enough and gave his all that I might be saved, have all sins forgiven, have fellowship with the creator who gave me life, and one day live in a home he went to prepare for me? Often, we use the biggest excuse in the world. “I don’t have time”.

Just take time to think about this: “How many minutes per day do I set aside time to talk to him without coming to ask him for something?” What if God only protected me and provided for me just this amount -instead of 24/7 that he does!!!!!

Answer:
I don't know how much time I spend in prayer per day. I do know I feel like I am being redundant, stating the same things over and over again. Daily I thank Him for His love, His mercy, His grace. Daily I lift my prayer requests before Him. But it really is in just short bursts. I don't spend concentrated time in prayer. Something I really need to do and I KNOW I can tell the difference in my life when I do spend more time with Him.

Dreama

Consistency is Key
Always be kind

Hey team, let's discuss this first question until next Sunday
before changing it around. Share often this week as things come to mind. Come back and put up new things. Let's help one another to learn what the first commandment means and how to keep it. Don't wait on others to share. Come one, let's do this.

If you know how to paste this question, do so and then answer it If you are not sure how to paste and copy it, just click reply and answer it. Not a problem.

Ouch! I stepped on my own toes. It is late Sunday evening, but starting Monday, I am going to watch how much time, I set aside for quality time with the Lord.
