Wow-you Rock Patti and Sharon! I usually walk everyday-some more than others! But, I also do ST every other day and chair zumba/exercise and Wii Fit about 3-4 times a week. I have been lax on the Wii Fit, but I am going to do that today! emoticon

Listening to Elvis while jumping on the mini trampoline. Been doing it for about 30 minutes or so a day. Even had done some jumping jacks on the trampoline. Woo Hoo!

Spent yesterday working out at the fitness center. Worked out for 156 minutes. I walked on the treadmill for 60 minutes and the bike for 36 minutes. Then I attended the Silver Sneakers Class for 60 minutes. My softball coach from child hood is in the class. We talk of old times of me and her kids playing on the same team and the year we came in first place. She was telling the class you should have been there when Sharon jumped up from catchers position and ran down towards the dug out to catch a foul ball. She no one else even tried to catch the ball. I am the youngest one in the Silver Sneakers Class. But I do enjoy it. I lost another pound this week. I'm happy because I thought that after losing 11 pounds last week I wouldn't lose anything this week.

Yesterday I tried my first Cardio Kickboxing class.... OH MY GOODNESS! That was hard! Most of the class was spent jumping and punching and kicking... well, I guess that's no surprise really. I built up quite a sweat. Then there were crunches afterwards! The instructor, the lovely Crystal, was very shouty throughout the class, which was good... and was really sweet to talk to after the class. I think I will go back next week.. I can go for about a month before my favourite Zumba class starts on Wednesdays again.

Zumba tonight - which is good but not as good, but the instructor is not as good as the instructor who did my Wednesday class... damn them for stopping some classes for summer break!!!!

On Friday we're picking up a treadmill... woo hoo! I can start my running program again first thing in the mornings before work!

Arh, I miss Sydney for the beautiful days...

This morning I got up at 5.30am (and it's already starting to get light!) and did a 10 minute DVD. I hope to do some wii Biggest Loser tonight... or some wii Dance or maybe open the Wii Zumba I bought at the weekend that's still unopened.

I'm starting to get a cold so hopefully won't feel too tired when I get home from work.

Beautiful sunny day in Vancouver! Bit chilly though.

It's a beautiful morning so the blue water will be sparkling with the ferries and boats heading towards the glistening Opera House - it is like being in a postcard when I walk the Harbour Bridge.

Can never tire of this. Everyday I am thankful to be lucky enough to live in Sydney.

Quick walk in the dog park because after 4.5 weeks of exercising, I finally broke a weight milestone of under 155lbs/70kg. I decided to take it easy and ward off a sore throat instead of risking more serious illness that may see me stacking back on some of the weight.

Unfortunately nothing. I can't exercise (other than my prescribed stretches) due to a back injury! I wish it would get better, I need to get back to exercising like I was!

Today I am going out for a morning walk in just a little while. Then later today I am going to dance to one of my Elvis's CD's. If I get ambitious enough
then early in the evening I will do one of Leslie
Sansone's 1 Mile DVD's. However, that one might not
happen but the other two will. So what will you be doing for exercise today? GOD BLESS!
