Supposed to be windy tomorrow so I switched my weight training day out for cardio today did 12 miles in an hour on the bike. Tomorrow when its gusting 60mphs I'll lift weights lol

I took the baby on a walk yesterday it was a different trail on the other side of town more ups and downs then the one next to my house. I hate wasting the gas when money is so tight to drive to walking trail in town, so I normally just do the one by my house.
Hubs worked late and I wasn't sure I'd get a chance to do any cardio when he got home but around 7 the sun was out dinner was over and everyone was just sitting around the tv so I went for a quick 5 mile bike ride

I did the thighs and Glutes DVD today twice to equal a half hour, and I finally got outside for a walk!

My daughter was a C-section so walking around Wal-Mart counts, this I understand!
We have a little walking trail here by my house just over 2 miles to the end and back I walk that with the baby everyday the weather is good. It hasn't been good in week and I'm going insane! So I got on my stair stepper yesterday for a half hour

Since I can't do vigorous workouts at the moment due to a medical issue, I count even my trips to the store as exercise. Today I did a 10 minute speed walk through Costco for dog food, and an hour trip through Walmart. I may not have burned many calories but I still count it!

Today is arm day so...

3x8 pushups I wasn't sure I was going to get the last set in but I did WOOHOO
3x15 dumbbell chest press 10lbs
3x15 Dumbbell flys 10lbs
3x15 dumbbell lateral raises 5lbs
3x15 dumbbell triceps kick backs 10lbs
3x15 one arm dumbbell rows 15lbs
3x15 seated dumbbell rows 10lbs
2x10 dumbbell shoulder press 10lbs
1x15 Baby shoulder press 15lbs she was getting ornery so I traded in the two 10lb dumbbells for one 15lb baby I made myself go to 15 to make up for the lack of weight it was a killer
3x12 curls 15lbs
3x15 triceps dips

yesterday was a serious bum day, I did some yoga, then felt guilty about my lack of movement so I got on the stair stepper for a 30 minute 'walk'

Just got done saying I'm not working out today, when I decided I should do SOMETHING while dinner was cooking so
3x60sec plank
3x15 Russian twist
3x15 bird dog
3x15 reverse crunch did I mention I did these in my blue jeans? Not comfortable
3x15 kettlebell swing 10lbs
it wasn't much but it was more than nothing right?

Today was supposed to be core day, but my good mood ran away so the last thing I wanted to do was an ab kicking workout that I find hard not fun. Thought about boxing but needed out so I opted for a bike ride.
Just over 6 miles in 36 minutes the wind kind of sucked no lie

Yesterday was the stair stepper, 30 minutes but I had to jump off and flip dinner in the oven once or twice so my tracker picked it up at 38 minutes. The wind was blowing and ice cold so outside was not an option also did my monthly pushup challenge 24 in a minute, my body crumbled before I ran out of time emoticon I'm pushing for 25 next month!

Yesterday I did the glutes and thighs DVD then I tossed in 2 sets of calf raises because they are not included in the dvd lol. Last time I did this DVD (My first time) I was sore for 2 days, so far so good this morning. Of course this time I remembered to stretch after, then I took the baby on a walk .
