I so agree Kelly - by keeping the stuff you shouldn't eat out of the house works well.

Half the month already gone and I have kept stuck on the same spot. Still dealing with worry and frustration about my son's issues. We are making progress, but getting help for his disability is a long and painful process.

No specific weight goal but a loss of an inch or two would help. Staying steady with being in the water at least 3 days a week and doing the peddlar other times and yes, staying clear of the pantry and chill chest. The trigger stuff is not in the house.
