Good Afternoon Everyone,

Today I took Robert to school and then went to the gym and worked out.

I spent 67 minutes on the emoticon treadmill. Then I rode the emoticon bike for 44 minutes. Then attended the emoticon Silver emoticon Sneakers emoticon Class for One Hour.

I then went to the school and helped out in the 4th grade special Education with math and reading. After school my son Robert wanted to go to the gym to work out and I worked out on the weight emoticon machines for 25 minutes.

I lost 4 pounds this week. That makes 12 pounds down in three weeks.


Hope everyone has a good Day with whatever you do.

Good Morning Everyone,

Yesterday I took Robert to school and then went to the gym and worked out.

I spent 59 minutes on the emoticon treadmill. Then I rode the emoticon bike for 47 minutes. Then attended the emoticon Silver emoticon Sneakers emoticon Class for One Hour.

I then went to the school and helped out at the school and afterwards my son Robert wanted to go to the gym to work out and I worked out on the weight emoticon machines for 25 minutes.

Walked 5 miles in 90 minutes and did 30 minutes on the stationary bike for a total of 120 minutes of exercise today. If I can keep this up, I should have no problem losing at least 20 pounds by the 1st of June, which is one of my mini goals.

Laugh Hard, Live Long, Love Much...Life is too short to be anything but happy.

Happy April Fools Day Today walked 3 miles in 50 min. and did 15 min. on stationary bike. It is fun to find something that works. Have been losing 2 pounds a week. I know this is going to be how I eat and exercise for a very long time. Have met some very nice people and have learned many new things.

I came home and did one load of clothes and hung them out to dry. Took Robert to his shooting club.

Good Evening Everyone,

Yesterday I went to the gym and worked out. I did emoticon 64 minutes on the treadmill, emoticon 30 minutes biking, emoticon 30 minutes on the weight machines and emoticon 60 minutes emoticon doing Silver emoticon Sneakers Circuit training class.

Today I took Robert to school and then went to the gym and worked out. I spent 38 minutes on the emoticon treadmill. Then I rode the emoticon bike for 42 minutes. Then I went to circuit emoticon training emoticon class emoticon for 60 minutes.

I came home and did one load of clothes and hung them out to dry then my husband called and needed help with computer work over the phone. I then went and picked up my son and he brought me supper before church. I lost 2 pounds on the scale this week.

Hope everyone had a good Wednesday with whatever you do.

When we look at our lives they often seem so busy that there isn't time to do exercise so here is a new challenge. Do 15 mins of any exercise and note it.
Today I did 20 mins on the Recumbent Bike
