Today I will eat very healthy to combat all the STUFF!

This has NOT been a good week for me! Friday-girls came home for the weekend-Daddy made pork n sauerkraut (one of the girls' favorites), Saturday-church Christmas dinner, Sunday-DD2's boyfriend's family had us for dinner so the families could get better acquainted, Monday-church board dinner (pastor's wife is a wonderful cook!), Tuesday-school(where DH teaches) faculty n staff Christmas dinner! Where does it stop?!? I tried to make healthy choices, but OMW I have gained big time. I'll eat rice and fruit the rest of the week LOL. This has taken me clear out of the running for being below 200# by New Year's Day and for loosing 60# by my 60th birthday - it would take Jillian to get me there!

Still on the 3X3 and haven't missed a Curves workout.

Morning All Well I have a great excuse for not doing water aerobics--last week put my swim suit in the spinner and it shredded the bottom of my suit try to find a swimsuit in Nov. finally found one guess what it is backordered. All is well it should come this week. Today I will continue being patient. PS walking is difficult hence the pool. Mary
