My first two goals are:

1. Drink 8 glasses of water every day.

So I'm sort of staring over now and my new plan is to introduce small changes in my life to become healthier and stay that way.Is anyone else interested in joining?

My thoughts were to maybe do a 10 step method. Choose 10 different small changes that you need to do and post them in order. When you have made the first one part of your life you go on to the next one. Changes could be anything you want from drinking certain cups of water, changing the kind of yoghurt you eat, track your snacks and so on. You don't need to come up with all the changes now, the first one is enough. emoticon
