Hope everyone is starting their new year off right! I am trying to fit in at least 15 minutes a day doing exercise and it's been great so far. Going to gradually increase my workouts. With diet, I am just trying to cut out unhealthy snacks and not go out to eat unless it is for a special occasion.
What are you all doing to be healthy and fit this month?
