That video was way to fast. I hardly got a chance to figure out the movement and she was going to the next exercise. I went though it again and pause after she showed the exercise and did my sets. Then I played the next exercise, etc. That way it worked. Report
I wish I could print something off. Now I'm gonna have to make drawings for myself to remember what each exercise is. SparkPeople, can you make something to print off for all exercises? Report

How do I watch the video? There isn't one showing up.... Report
In the exercises involving leg lifts, are we to hold our leg steady or do little 'pumps' as her leg appears in the video? Report

Did most of these plus a few more in physical therapy. They help so much. I do a few f the excercises every day Report
All of these except the squatting against the wall was part of my P.T. program. I should work myself up to the squatting against the wall, it's a challenge for me. Great moves. Report

I've never seen these exercises done, but I'll try them again, anything so I don't have to go to P.T. It sounds like it's really bad. It's not! Have a Fun-Filled & Blessed Friday! Report

I was given some of these exercises in PT. a few years ago. They really did help when I used them. I am trying to get motivated to get back to doing them. Report

Easy exercises to start with. I started water aerobics and after just a few weeks my back is feeling so much better. If you live where these classes are available. I recommend them highly! Easy on all joints, fun, and great work out without pain! Report
