Started the Prediabetes Challenge last week and lost two pounds, but did not meet my 10 minute per day goal for exercise. This 8 week series will help help motivate me to add exercise to my equation.
One of my Favs!
First day viewing and trying to follow this video. I did the first four (the first five minutes) and was hurting everywhere, heart rate at the high end of my range, and sweating so hard I couldn't keep it out of my eyes. Then again, I'm over 300 lbs and very NOT used to any sort of workout, so hopefully my workouts will get better form, longer duration, and easier.
This workout makes me feel good! Thank you.

WOW. I'm thinking I need to do this several days a week for a while.
Some of these were very hard for me but I want to keep working at them. Might have to find something easier for my almost 70 year old crotchety knees though. :)
