Great "no excuses" workout and good warmup for when I get my exercise habit back. Super easy to follow and coach Nicole gives you modifications right when you need them. Can easily find 8 minutes to do this for a warm-up or just making sure you do _something_ to get moving today!

Had to do lots of mods for my level, but still worked up a good sweat. Will definitely be using this again. Even outside of the January challenge. Report
