Hi, my name is Angie. I have been overweight for as long as I can remember. I have spent years wishing the weight away but I finally decided I was ready to do what it takes to be healthy and lose this weight for good. I started tracking calories and exercising the end of 2009 but didn't find SP until the end of Feb 2010. I lost 60lbs from Feb 2010 until June 2011 when I found myself pregnant with our second child. We had been trying for years and apparently losing weight and getting healthier was what I needed to do to get pregnant. I had to put my weight-loss journey on hold while pregnant due to complications that had me on partial bedrest the entire time. A couple months after giving birth I was back down to 211 (up from my pre-baby weight of 193) but couldn't seem to go any lower. Post partum depression took over my life for a few months and food was how I coped. Here I am March 2012 as my baby is about to turn one and I'm back up to 230lbs. No way am I going to get back up to 268 and I have to change NOW or I will be there soon.

I am taking back control of my life. Depression is still here but I have been making changes the last month or so and find depression isn't much of a factor any more.

My Goals:
My goal is to lose 100+ pounds and gain my self confidence back.

My goal weight is 130lbs but as long as I am below 140 I will be happy.

I want to have a heatlhy BMI.

Starting: 40.7
Goal : 23.2

My Program:
*Stay between 1300 and 1450 calories daily.

*Make sure to get my 25+ grams of fiber daily.

*Stay in range on protein, carbs, calcium and fat.

*Aim for 10 glasses of a water a day

*Cardio 40+ mins 5 days a week.

*Strength train 3 days a week.

Personal Information:
I am 30yrs old and married to my wonderful hubby, Jake. We have been married 7 years and have a little boy, Nathan, who is 3. We currently live in Arizona.
